The statics working under a manager says that either you have to be stupid or so stubborn that
he will not say word in both the cases
You have to follow him.You have to be with him.You can ask him for hangouts.
You have ask him before for lunch dinner or a cup of coffee.you have to pay on his behalf.
You have to say "yes sir" in course of any decisions made by him.
You can never say No.You have to be very flexible in any situation.
You just have to stand infront of him noding your head.
You have to be a good listener.He should be a good speaker give him all the chance to speak
Definitely small tips nothing gonna make your appraisal bad:):)
